Hey guys,

My monk tank is available most weekends to raid. He is 14/14N but I have 9/14H exp. Your times and days are great for me but I do occasionally have a weekend engagement. I think I have raided with a few of you in the past. Let me know if you still have the spot and if you want me to trial etc. I have many leather bound books.

Phatal, great to hear from you! You have raided with us before; we remember as you left a great impression.

Here's the situation. We picked up a tank and a dps so we're back to 11 team members. BUT, with summer here and the long tail of this tier and expansion, there are definitely opportunities for you to get in. People have to miss here and there and are also willing to sit so that others can get in. Do you have an off-spec on the monk as well? What about the Shammy, are you still raiding on Phase?

I'd like to get you raiding with us now so that when mythic comes around and we expand to 20 we are good to go. The more people we know, and the more people that are familiar with each other before 6.0 drops, the better success we're going to have in 6.0 and WoD.

I'll try to get a hold of you in game and see what we can figure out. I'm sure we can make something work. I have a four month old baby and I earn major brownie points with the wife when I skip raid. So I'm willing to sit for the good of the team and to accrue good karma that I can cash in with her when WoD drops . I think I have a lot of weekend stuff coming up anyway and I'm sure others do to.
