I need to miss tonight, I hurt my knee somehow and can't sit for three hours straight after putting in a day at work. It's swollen and hurts when I stand up after bending it for a long period of time.
I think I will be ok for Sunday since I will be off it all weekend.
Orthopedic appt on Monday.
