Team Culture
Our goal as a raid team is to kill bosses and have fun. To achieve this goal, we expect the following from our Raiders:
Attitude - We spend a lot of time together, often doing mundane trash and bosses. Our team thrives on lighthearted teasing and jokes to keep things upbeat and fun. We love a good joke, and everyone dishes it out and takes it in stride. If you don't like being picked on for dying in the fail from time to time, we may not be a good fit.
Preparedness - Raiders are expected to be on time and available for scheduled nights with few exceptions. Raiders are to arrive prepared and ready to raid.
Communication - Being a raid team comprised of working adults with families, communication outside the game is critical. Raiders are expected to maintain a presence in our team page and communicate any absences or issues prior to the start of raid, preferably via e-mail.
Criticism - Raiders are expected to constantly be self evaluating, and open to the constructive criticism the raid leaders and other raiders provide. We are also open to new ideas, if a Raider sees an area we could improve, we encourage people to speak up.
Development - Raiders are expected to know their class, and what they can offer to the raid. They are also expected to maintain their character outside of raiding (seeking upgrades from individual content when available) and making sure they are bringing the best character they can to their role.
Teamwork - Raiders are expected, first and foremost, to be team players. Our goal is to continually improve and progress through the current content. This includes fair distribution of loot and helping each other during and out of raid.
