I recently joined the guild, and I've been needing some inspiration to work out. My employer has a gym here on site, but we're so busy taking calls from customers I can only do the workout at the end of the day when I'm ready to go home and spend time with my family (I work 3rd shift). What really kills everything for me is that I've been a really picky eater for so long; if I even try anything new I start throwing up and going into semi-convulsions.
I really want to do good by my wife and make her happy (and by nature improve things at home), but everytime I've tried changing my eating habits I don't make it past bite 1. Is there a way to take babysteps into this?
