Network Monitoring tool for Server Client

Does anybody know about a system checking device that enables you to introduce a customer variant which sends warnings back to the server?

I have 80 PCs spread crosswise over Texas all under their very own firewall. This is the reason I am searching for something that the customer conveys rather than the server observing.
