Welcome to the <Coalesce> team thread!
Coalesce is a casual progression raid team. We will strive to provide the most easy going raid environment possible while working as a team to progress in endgame content.
Loot
Loot is as organic as possible. Mostly MS/OS rolls with a little bit of loot counseling thrown in when needed. I’ve been using this system for the past 5 years and loot has never been an issue. There are few things that could get you dropped from this group... starting loot drama is one of them.
The idea is that each player is monitoring their own performance as well as those around them and makes the decision to pass or roll based on what will help the team the most. Basically it’s the loot system for a group of friends.
Schedule
Tues and Weds 800pm - 1030pm server time (PST). This has to do with my own personal schedule constraints so it is essentially non-negotiable.
Attendance is key. There are other people involved. You need to be able to consistently attend raids. Consistency is fundamental to putting content on farm. Every night we pug someone is a new night of progression.
This, of course, is excepting emergencies, surprises and important family activities. Basically, you won’t be penalized if the cup holder on your computer sucks in and you spill Baja Blast™ all on your circuit boards... or something like that.
If this sounds like a group you’d like to run with, but are unsure about your ability to attend regularly, then we’d love to have you on our stand-by list.
Requirements
I don’t require much from raiders, but the things I do require are crucial.
1. Mumble. Mic not required but encouraged.
2. Attendance. I know I’ve gone over this but it is the single most important part of raiding. You can’t learn difficult boss strats if you’re not present.
3. DeadlyBossMods.
4. A great attitude! Greedy loot hogs and armies of one need not apply.
